Datac Control International Ltd (www.dataconline.com) a leading supplier of secure SCADA and Automation Systems today announces that it has spun out it's highly successful RealFlex SCADA software business into a separate entity. This Company, with offices in Ireland, the USA and Russia will trade under the name "RealFlex Technologies Ltd."

The spin out is expected to generate new business opportunities and build on existing synergies within the industry.

The new entity has also announced that it has successfully completed a private round of fundraising. Datac retains an interest in the business.

New CEO of RealFlex Technologies Ltd, Sean Dunne commented "The spin out and funding provides the company with the resources to grow our successful software business into one of the leading suppliers of secure, robust scada software internationally. The investment will be used to expand the sales organisation and to further develop our technology This Company will to take a large share of a growing SCADA software market"

Denis Curtin has joined the Company as Chief Technology Officer after filling a similar position in Datac.
