Corporate History

RealFlex Technologies Ltd. was incorporated in 2005 as a spin-out from Datac Control International Ltd ("DCIL").

DCIL acquired the assets of RealFlex Systems Inc, a subsidiary of Thermo Instrument Inc. in 2000. This operation was based in Houston Texas. By use of their high skilled, low cost developers in Europe & the USA, they were able to re engineer the acquired products and add additional features. The product suite now offers the best of both worlds: It provides the combination of a secure UNIX like operating system and a Microsoft Windows front end environment. Additional security features have given the products a leading edge as the market dictates that security concerns within the utility infrastructure are addressed.

The business was spun-out from Datac's existing business in order to capitalise on the exciting opportunity that exists in the SCADA software market. It is felt that the opportunity is best exploited with a separate Board of Directors, Shareholders and Management team giving dedicated and exclusive focus to RealFlex.
